Navigating through grief after the death of a spouse is incredibly difficult, but you don’t have to go through the process alone. Starting Again is a peer-led grief support program for widows and widowers. We provide a forum where people can share their experiences with others who have gone through a similar loss. Discussions include dealing with grief issues, learning coping skills, and searching for answers together. Our goal is to help each person find hope, healing, and new beginnings in life.

Our students are hosting a car wash on Sunday, May 31 to raise money for camps, summer trips, and other life-changing opportunities. Every donation will directly support our students and help make these experiences possible.

Stop by after second service through 2:00 PM and let our students make your car shine!

These are some of the questions people often ask as they explore Faith Covenant Church and consider becoming official members. Join us for our next CONNECT Class as we walk through these questions and more.

The CONNECT Class is the first step in our membership process and is offered every 2–3 months. This one-session class lasts approximately 60–75 minutes. If you have any questions, please contact Pastor James.

Our next CONNECT Class will be held on June 7 at 11:00 AM and RSVP here!

We know that connecting with others can be tough when you’ve got little ones running around. That’s why we have Family Fun at Faith— a monthly event designed just for you!

– When? First Sunday of every month after the second service, 12:30pm-1:30pm.
– What? We’ll provide a simple lunch (think pizza or mac ‘n’ cheese with chicken nuggets!) and open the gym for kids to play while parents connect.
– Fun Stuff: Bounce house, balls, and art supplies!

A Few Things to Know:
– Please stay in the Gym & Fellowship Hall to respect other church activities.
– Keep an eye on your kiddo—there won’t be volunteers supervising.
– Help with setup & teardown—it won’t take long if we all pitch in!
– Most importantly—have fun & make connections!

Got older kids? Pastor Devon will be hosting a youth hangout in the basement during this time.

It’s church picnic season! Mark your calendar and plan to come out to our first church picnic of the summer at the Heritage Park Pavilion in Farmington Hills on Wednesday, June 17th, at 6:30 pm. All ages are welcome!

Bring yourself, bring your family, bring a towel for the splash pad, bring some food! It’s gonna be fun!

If your last name starts with A-0, please bring a side dish or an appetizer. If your last name starts with P-Z, please bring a dessert! The church will provide hot dogs, burgers, and veggie burgers.

Is your student heading to Portage Lake Bible Camp this summer? Reserve their seat on the church van! The van leaves the Sunday camp begins and returns the Friday camp ends. Students should bring a lunch for the ride up.

Cost: $20 each way

Van transportation is available for:
– Senior High: June 21–26
– Trailblazers 2: August 2–7
– Junior High 2: August 9–14

For all other camps, campers will need to arrange their own transportation. A minimum of five registered campers is required for the church van to go. Seats are prioritized for Faith Covenant students.
