Lunch and Learn

Parenting is rewarding, but let’s be honest, it can also be exhausting.

Between school schedules, extracurricular activities, meals, laundry, homework, and everything else that fills your calendar, it’s easy to get stuck in survival mode. Most parents want to be intentional, but finding the time and space to step back and think about how you’re leading and shaping your family can be difficult.

That’s why we created Lunch & Learn.

Once a month, after our 11:00 AM service, parents are invited to enjoy a free lunch, connect with other parents, and spend an hour exploring practical topics that matter to family life. Whether you’re looking for fresh ideas, encouragement, or simply a chance to catch your breath, Lunch & Learn is designed with you in mind.

While parents meet, kids will be supervised in the gym, enjoying things like inflatables, crafts, games, and more. You can relax, enjoy lunch, and invest in your family while knowing your children are having a great time.

Each month we’ll tackle a different parenting topic, including:
– Navigating technology and screens
– Building healthy family habits
– Creating a culture of love and connection at home
– Parenting self-care and avoiding burnout
– Helping your children grow in character and faith

No matter where you are in your parenting journey, we’d love for you to join us.

Lunch & Learn takes place during our regular Family Fun at Faith program.
